Nolan Ryan Jr High students participate in a wide of educational opportunities in the Arts. Integrating traditional media such as drawing, painting, printmaking as well as sculpture, ceramics, fiber arts and digital arts.  Students also respond to art, discuss art and write about art within each of the Art Classes. Students will learn to apply techniques in each level as well as how to use art vocabulary correctly.

Student project grades are determined based on a rubric.
Students are expected to:

• participate to the best of their ability daily.

• apply the techniques demonstrated.

• make progress on artwork/activities daily. 

• clean up materials and art space

• be good citizens and follow NRJH Rules
