Alvin ISD Child Nutrition Department will make accommodations for a child with a disability or a life-threatening food allergy based on a diet prescribed by the child's physician.
A completed physician's medical statement form must be on file with the Child Nutrition Office before accommodations can be made.
Please contact Lakyn Owens at 281-245-2474 or email Lakyn Owens for the physician's medical statement for more information on your child's special diet.
For those with non-severe allergies or other food intolarances, please refer to the Alvin ISD Mealviewerlink (above). This tool has allergy information as well as nutritional information for all menu items served
