The Alvin HS Varsity Winterguard competed at the TCGC State Championships in San Marcos this weekend. Our talented team earned 5th place in the state! One of the BEST guard programs around. The team is directed by Ms. Lillie Nevills. Congratulations! #JPND

A little rain did not stop our AVID students from completing their Steps for Vets walk-a-thon! all money raised with their Community Impact project will go to the VFW. #JPND
Two talented Alvin High School students are taking the stage in a major Houston production!
Nathan Bryant and Riley Johnson have both been cast in Theatre Under the Stars’ MainStage production of Beautiful: The Carole King Musical. The show opens May 19 and runs through May 31 at the Hobby Center.
Congratulations to Nathan and Riley on this incredible accomplishment.
You are invited to our Steps for Vets Walk-a-Thon. This is a student-led fundraising event that encourages our senior AVID class to walk laps on the Alvin High School track, and every lap we complete is money raised for the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). Please join us on Saturday, April 18th, from 6-7 PM!!!
