Kinetic energy & potential energy is discussed after building .
Some designs shocked us.
Slow & steady allows the balancing act to occur .
Balloon cars tested our patience, but we celebrated all successes! Even the smallest movement .
Design was a big part of designing the cars.
Students were surprised at what they could accomplish with minimal materials .
We had 1 Balloon car move 20 tiles!
Creating the energy to move the car was tricky .
