As one of the Assistant Principals at Rodeo Palms Junior High, it is an honor and privilege to be able to work with such outstanding students, parents, teachers, staff, and members of the community.  The students at Rodeo Palms are my top priority, and I believe in the ability and potential of every student to learn.  I am here to support and serve the students, teachers, and the school community. I am a resource to you.

Ryan Alder has been teaching math and science for 6 years across multiple districts. He started his teaching journey teaching 5th grade math at Dunbar Middle School in Dickinson ISD before spending the last 5 years teaching at Victory Lakes Intermediate in Clear Creek ISD, where he taught 1 year of math and 4 years of science. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from University of Houston. He is looking forward to bringing together staff in a collaborative culture where they can feel supported working together to ensure the best possible education for our students.
