Yesterday, Ms. Deana Fuchs from Farm Bureau came to talk to first grade about the life cycle of a chicken in honor of their life cycles unit in science. Students will also follow the development of chicks as they grow inside the egg and eventually hatch inside their classrooms! Wilder community, please remember that April is filled with important STAAR testing dates for our 3rd, 4th & 5th grade students. On testing days, the campus is closed to all visitors. Mrs. Connelly's kindergarteners visited the library today with Mrs. Sullivan and listened to two funny, laugh-out-loud books. First, we read about some funny bunnies on a bus and then about a duck that won't blink during a staring contest.
