Assistant Principal

Hello students and families! My name is Jason Riley and it is a privilege and honor to serve you as assistant principal of Wilder Elementary. I have been an educator for 15 years in many different capacities including substitute teacher, instructional aide, 7th/8th grade science teacher, and 5th grade science teacher. I previously served as Technology Integration Specialist for Alvin ISD. As a TIS I taught teachers and students how to appropriately navigate and use technology in the classroom. Most recently, I served as Assistant Principal at Alvin Elementary. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a master’s in Multicultural Studies in Education from the University of Houston Clear Lake.
