Registration is a 2-step process

Fill out the online application. Follow the links below to get started.

1. Schedule an appointment to complete the enrollment process at your student's zoned campus.

2. Bring all required documents to your appointment.

The online application will open for KG students on April 14th and for all other grade levels on May 12th.

Registration will require the uploading of required documents below. See Kindergarten Roundup and Prekindergarten Roundup for more information.

Fill out the online application and upload the required documents. Applications cannot be submitted without:

• A birth certificate or other proof of student identity

• Immunization record

• Proof of Residency

• Parent/Legal Guardian ID

If your family is brand new to Alvin ISD, click here to request a New Skyward Account.  Once your account is set up, check your email for your log-in information and link to complete the online application. Detailed instructions can be found by clicking the How-to Instructions for New Users button below.

If your family has previously attended Alvin ISD schools, click here to Access Skyward.  If you have forgotten your username/password, click the Forgot your Login/Password? Link to have the information mailed to you. Use the New to Alvin ISD Enrollment tab to begin the application. Detailed instructions can be found by clicking the How-to Instructions for Returning Users box below.  NOTE: the email address must be the one used to initially set up your account.  

If enrolling for the current year, once the online application has been filled out, contact your student's zoned campus to schedule an appointment to bring the required documents and complete registration. We look forward to seeing you!

If enrolling in the 2025-2026 school year, applications will open on May 12th for all grade levels. Appointments will be required for Prekindergarten and Kindergarten at the Central Enrollment Center and can be scheduled in the online application. All other grade levels - upon approval of your application, you will be notified that your student has been enrolled.
