SAT/ACT Waivers

How do I know if I am eligible for a SAT Fee Waiver?
Students who are eligible may receive up to 2 fee waivers that can be used for the SAT and SAT Subject Tests. Students must be in 11th or 12th grade to use an SAT fee waiver. New in 2014-2015, fee waivers may be used during regular and late registration.
To be eligible, you must meet at least one of the requirements below:
Student is enrolled in or eligible for the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
The student is enrolled in a federal, state or local program that aids students from low-income families (i.e. a TRIO program such as Upward Bound)
The student's annual family income falls within the Income Eligibility Guidelines set by the USDA Food and Nutrition Service (provided at sat.org/fee-waivers)
The student's family receives public assistance.
The student lives in federally subsidized public housing, or a foster home, or is homeless.
The student is a ward of the state or an orphan.
How do I know if I'm eligible for an ACT Fee Waiver?
The ACT Fee Waiver program offers a limited number of fee waivers each year in the beginning of the fall semester. Once funds have been exhausted, requests for waivers will be denied. To be eligible students must meet the same requirements as the SAT.
