Adrian of MHS, has shown great character the entire school year and has applied himself in every way. He recently received a position with Turner Industries upon graduation and has a bright future ahead of him. Another great student of the month!


Maleek of MHS is always willing to help with whatever is asked of him and he never complains. Even though he works a full time job, he still shows up for class in a great mood every morning. He also just received his acceptance letter to TSU and plans on starting in the summer.

Sometimes auto collision repair takes a wide variety of skills. Sometimes welding, buffing, sanding and even paint. Our students work closely to hone their skills in each by learning industry standard practices.




Sometimes schedules do not align, but when a student wants to show appreciation for a teacher, we at JBH make something happen! Mr. Morrison was recognized by student athlete Mariah Lantz and the Maverick Softball Program.





CONGRATULATIONS to Raphael Embudo, a Senior at Shadow Creek High School. He is the State Champion for Construction Tool Identification and has qualified for participating in the Skills USA National Competition in Atlanta Georgia this summer. Amazing job Raphael and Mr. Salinas.

Josue Mata of AHS is student of the month for March. This student has become a natural leader to his class, helping students with written and practical assignments when needed. He has not missed a day in class nor been late to class. He is eager to learn and share knowledge.


Joan Galvan of ICHS is student of the month. Joan has steadily improved his behavior over the course of the year. He is also focusing more on his welding skills and even helps his classmates. He is steadily becoming a positive influence on those around him.


Our welding 2 class is always working hard in the shop. From basic welding, to using the plasma cutter to make something amazing! Learning from professionals to get ready for the job market today!





Our culinary programs had the opportunity to learn from RC Ranch owner Brazoria County Commissioner Cade and General Manager Ethan this week. They came in, demonstrated and had discussions with our culinary program. It was a great time had by all.
