Graphic Design II in Action! Students are sketching out creative ideas for their latest project a postcard design showcasing a “visual itinerary” of a dream destination! They'll bring their vision to life using Adobe Photoshop, combining design skills with personal inspiration.





Congratulations to our Cosmetology team for their outstanding performance at the SkillsUSA State Competition! They earned four Superior ribbons and one Excellent ribbon, showcasing their exceptional talent and dedication. We're incredibly proud of their achievements!




JBH Shined Bright at SkillsUSA State! Cadence Vela took home GOLD in Tool ID and earned a $10,000 scholarship, Daniel Coronado, Sebastian Estrada, Arthur Flores, Joe Lozano earned a perfect rating on their Tiki Hut! Hector Martinez received BRONZE in Auto Collision Repair!

Welding 2 students are taking their skills to the next level! Today they’re learning how to design and create accurate miter cut templates for pipe fitting — a critical technique in advanced fabrication. Proud to see their craftsmanship in action!




Learning Beyond the Books! Our Cosmetology students aren't just mastering techniques — they're gaining real-world insights! Thanks to Visible Changes at the Galleria, they explored their business models and industry expertise firsthand.



JBH Practicum in Manufacturing students spent six months preparing for the HLSR Industrial Craft Committee competition, facing challenges that tested their commitment, teamwork, and resilience. While results weren’t as hoped, the lessons learned and growth gained. Amazing work!

Our Vet Assistant students honed their microscope skills by examining pond water and practiced essential vet lab procedures. They also mastered wrapping surgical packs, identifying surgical instruments, performing a surgical scrub, preparing for surgery, bandaging techniques.





Congratulations to this year's Campus Teachers of the Year!
Each campus selected their own Teacher of the Year and those winners are now in the running to become either the Secondary or Elementary Teacher of the Year for the district! The district winners will be announced at the Employee Recognition ceremony in May.



Our JBH Auto Tech team placed 8th and Auto Collision team placed 9th at the Top Tech 2025 contest, competing against over 60 teams! Their hard work and skills earned them an impressive $1,000 scholarship! Great job representing JBH!
