Greeting parents and guardians

We are excited to welcome everyone to our Meet the Teacher event tonight from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. After you sign in, you can pick up a paper copy of your students' schedule in the main gym or go straight to their classes if you have already accessed it in skyward.

There will be a short informational meeting for girls and boys athletics at 7:00 PM. Coach Benbrook will meet with boys in the main gym and Coach Simpson will meet in the cafeteria with girls athletics.

If you have enrolled in the last few days or have not provided all of the needed documentation for registration, your student will POTENTIALLY not have a schedule prepared for tonight. Should that be the case there will be a QR code for you to add your students' name to to make sure the counselors are able to check on their schedule.

Should there be an issue on your students schedule there will be QR codes in the main gym and cafeteria for you to add your students' schedule issue to the counselor’s Google Form. Counselors will prioritize correcting core content classes first and will address electives (if space allow) at a later time. Using the QR code will be the best way to ensure the counselors look at your students schedule in a timely manner.

There will be several campus affiliated groups set up in the cafeteria that we heard you to meet with. Mr. La Quay from the communities in schools program will be distributing information on what his program offers to students and allowing for on-site sign ups. The ignite club well, be in attendance in sharing information on how students can participate with their After school program. The HAWK PTO will be selling concessions and volunteer shirts in the cafeteria all throughout the evening.

Additionally, Mrs. Vasquez, the Harby Cafeteria Manager, will be on site to accept payment for student lunch accounts. The transportation department will also be on site to help with bus route information.

Sincerely,
William "Randy" Teal
