Homebound Services are provided to students currently enrolled in Alvin ISD who are medically unable to attend school. The student must have a documented medical condition that prevents him or her from attending school for four or more consecutive or cumulative weeks within a school year. Homebound services can only be provided with appropriate documentation from a licensed physician
