The students at Mark Twain Elementary got the treat of seeing a US Coast Guard helicopter land by the playground. Conner Stockton with the USCG brought his crew showing what a career in the USCG can entail plus he got to visit his kids, Isaac and Shaylee, who are MTE students.

The Artemis I mission took flight early this morning. The mission is to send an un-crewed spacecraft around the moon to pave the way for NASA to return astronauts to the lunar surface.
