Saying goodbye to the past four years of your life can be emotional, but that’s exactly why you take every moment you have to have fun.
On the mornings of August 18 and 19, Alvin High School, Manvel High School, and Shadow Creek High School class of 2023 seniors woke up bright and early to watch the sunrise and commemorate the first day of their last year in high school. The event, known as Senior Sunrise, has become a tradition at Alvin ISD schools. It is intended as both a bonding event and a kickoff to the last year of high school.
