Pomona Elementary Principal Victoria Kwan has been named Alvin ISD’s 2022 Elementary Principal of the Year.
Mrs. Kwan shows us what it means to be a student-focused, results-driven leader with high expectations for every student and staff member who supports their success.
“Mrs. Kwan is a strong instructional leader on her campus and it shows in everything she does,” shared Alvin ISD Superintendent Carol Nelson. “Mrs. Kwan is always striving to learn more and become an even better principal. She is truly deserving of this honor.”
Mrs. Kwan drives a culture of positivity with her staff, parents and students. She expects excellence and builds positive relationships with everyone on her team, school and community.
