On the morning of August 19, the Alvin High School class of 2022 met on the field of Alvin Memorial Stadium to watch the sunrise on the first day of their senior year.
“The Senior Sunrise is an AHS tradition,” shared Alvin High School senior sponsor Sienna Flores. “The sunrise symbolizes the beginning of their senior year. It is a special day for our seniors and a way for them to be together and welcome the new year.”
