TMEA All State Students

Alvin ISD is proud to announce that 11 of its talented high school musicians have been selected as 2025 Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) All-State Musicians. These exceptional students participated in rigorous auditions this past weekend, showcasing their dedication, skill, and passion for music.

More than 70,000 high school musicians across Texas audition each fall in their TMEA Region. Students who rank the highest advance to compete against peers from other Regions in Area auditions. Only the top 2.6% of musicians who initially audition earn the prestigious title of TMEA All-State Musician. These select students qualify to perform in one of 18 All-State bands, orchestras, or choirs at the TMEA Clinic and Convention, which will be held February 12–15, 2025, in San Antonio,
