The Dual Enrollment Program at Alvin Community College is approved and regulated by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB). The Dual Enrollment Program allows high school students the opportunity to simultaneously earn both high school credit and college certificate/associate degree credit. The Dual Enrollment course offerings are equivalent to the corresponding course offered at the ACC main campus, including curriculum, materials, instruction, rigor, and methods for student evaluation.
