Alvin High School hosts a food mobile the 1st and 3rd of each month from 4-7 pm.
Food Drive begins Nov. 6. Bring cans and non-perishable items to your 4th period class. The 3 classes that bring the most will win either a pizza party or an ice cream party! Contest will end on Nov. 17. #AlvinISDServes #MustangPride

AJH will honor Veterans on November 10 with a breakfast at 8 am and a program at 9 am. Students are encouraged to bring any family members who are Veterans.
Halloween costumes are allowed on Tuesday, Oct. 31. Costumes must be school appropriate which includes no face coverings, no blood, gore, or weapons.

We are excited to announce Ms. Chavez as our Mustang of the Week! She is being recognized for her exceptional commitment to supporting the students and teachers on this campus. Ms. Chavez has consistently demonstrated outstanding dedication, patience, and determination in the face of daily challenges. Ms. Chavez goes above and beyond to create a caring and supportive environment for all students, regardless of the difficulties. Ms. Chavez always sees the good in our kids and she shares that with them everyday! Ms. Chavez, thank you for all you do here at Alvin Junior High!

Jean Tubbs is our Mustang of the Week! Mrs. Tubbs leads by example. The dedication that Mrs. Tubbs shows really exemplifies what it means to be a leader of children. Mrs. Tubbs does whatever it takes so her students are successful and valued. Mrs. Tubbs is a valuable part of her department and AJH. It has been a pleasure watching you grow and lead.
