Every student is issued a six-digit ID number at the time of enrollment.

Students use their six-digit ID number at the Cafeteria cash register to access the students' individual cafeteria accounts.

The six digit ID numbers are to remain confidential and are not to be shared.
Cash or check deposits can be made to the students' account in the cafeteria.
Credit card payments, transfers, balance inquiries, and account histories can be accessed 24/7 at: School Cafe.com

All school cafeterias in Alvin ISD serve plate ("Meal Deals") lunches which include meat, or meat alternate, a vegetable, fruit, bread and a choice of milk.
Students also have a choice of a la carte selections.

Cafeteria Account Charging

Students are allowed to charge the cost of one breakfast and one lunch. Charging past this limit and or the use of an alternative meal is at the discretion of each school administrator.

Low-balance email reminders are sent via email three times a week and sent to customers with no email address once a week.

Please make sure the sender, DoNotReply@alvinisd.net, does not go to your junk folder.

Guardians are also strongly encouraged to use SchoolCafe.com to set up no-cost custom low- balance notifications.

Patrons wishing to donate funds to students in need can contact the Alvin ISD Child Nutrition department at 281-245-2476 or return a refund/donation form to the address on the form.
