In District Facility Request

Step 1

Get your information together:

  • How many attendees?

  • Pick at least 3 dates

  • Has your department head approved this event?

Step 2

Once information has been collected.

Fill out application and submit to campus secretary.

Step 3

Campus secretary will vet the application and see what is available. Once approved, the request will go to the facilities coordinator.

Step 4

The facility coordinator will be the final eyes on the applications. Once approved, it will be in SchoolDude with a green dot.

Canceling an event

To cancel an event, please email facility coordinator Adeanna Marquez at asmarquez@alvinisd.net.
