Financial Services

The Financial Services Office is responsible for: campus and student activity fund accounting, cash & investment management, fixed assets, fund accounting, and various other financial related duties. Alvin ISD operates on a fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30. Budget planning is an integral part of overall program planning so that the budget may effectively express and implement all programs and activities of the District.
