General Information
Issued to new employees at New Hire Orientation in HR
If you did not send a picture before your New Hire Orientation, we will send your badge to your campus
Must be worn at all times on district property
Employees with name, position, or campus/department changes will be issued a replacement badge

Replacement Badges
Replacement badges are created twice a week and sent to the campus principal or department supervisor through interoffice mail
Please complete the Badge Replacement Request form
Return your old or damaged badge to your principal or department
