2506CN-PASS THRU - Alvin Independent School District will be accepting sealed REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS for CHILD NUTRITION PASS THRU. Packets may be submitted up to but no later than MAY 8, 2025 @ 1:00 P.M. for consideration. Under the guidelines of the Texas School Law, any item(s) or services purchased with regards to a total aggregate in any given category over $50,000 will be competitively bid. Alvin ISD is seeking Request for Proposal for our #2506CHILD NUTRITION PASS THRU-CAT PROPOSAL under a one (1) year term beginning the date the RFP is awarded by the board. This proposal is anticipated to be an Exclusive award whereby there will be a Primary and Secondary vendor award due to product availability. The proposal will be awarded as an Exclusive Award to allow the vendor to deliver all products direct to the designated campus. Upon award of the proposal, purchase orders will be processed to the vendor. We request the awarded vendor contact Child Nutrition with an anticipated delivery date for each of the campuses designated on the purchase order.
2506 CONTRACTED CONSULTANT PROPOSAL- Alvin Independent School District will be accepting sealed REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS for CONTRACTED SERVICES. Packets may be submitted up to but no later than MAY 8, 2025 @ 1:30 P.M. for consideration. Under the guidelines of the Texas School Law, any item(s) or services purchased with regards to a total aggregate in any given category over $50,000 will be competitively bid. Alvin ISD is seeking a Request for Proposal for our 2506 CONTRACTED SERVICES under a one (1) year beginning the date the RFP is awarded by the board, with the option to renew for an additional two (2) year term if all parties are in agreement for a NON-EXCLUSIVE AWARD. A Non-Exclusive contract is one by which multiple vendors may be designated as vendors for the services covered under the terms of the contract for the duration of said contract. A NON-EXCLUSIVE AWARD is not a guarantee of purchase or use for any services or products.

2506 WORKERS COMPENSATION THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATOR SERVICES Alvin Independent School District is accepting REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS for the purpose of identifying and selecting a highly qualified firm to provide WORKERS’ COMPENSATION THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATOR SERVICES (TPA). Proposal Packets must be submitted up to but no later than MAY 15, 2025 @ 1:30 P.M. for consideration. Under the guidelines of the Texas School Law, any item(s) or services purchased with regards to a total aggregate in any given category over $50,000 will be competitively bid. Alvin ISD is seeking a Request for Proposal for our 2506 WORKERS’ COMPENSATION THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATOR SERVICES (TPA) for at least THREE (3) YEARS beginning July 1, 2025. with option to renew for two, individual one-year terms. Multi-year policies will be given preference if rates are advantageous to the District. Multi-year proposal must contain an annual renewal or usage clause. This will be an EXCLUSIVE AWARD.
