2502 CONTRACTED CONSULTANT PROPOSAL- Alvin Independent School District will be accepting sealed REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS for CONTRACTED SERVICES. Packets may be submitted up to but no later than JANUARY 16, 2025 @ 1:30 P.M. for consideration. Under the guidelines of the Texas School Law, any item(s) or services purchased with regards to a total aggregate in any given category over $50,000 will be competitively bid. Alvin ISD is seeking a Request for Proposal for our 2502 CONTRACTED SERVICES under a one (1) year beginning the date the RFP is awarded by the board, with the option to renew for an additional two (2) year term if all parties are in agreement for a NON-EXCLUSIVE AWARD. A Non-Exclusive contract is one by which multiple vendors may be designated as vendors for the services covered under the terms of the contract for the duration of said contract. A NON-EXCLUSIVE AWARD is not a guarantee of purchase or use for any services or products.
2502INBEP - Alvin Independent School District will be accepting sealed REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS for INSURANCE AND BENEFITS ENROLLMENT PLATFORM. Packets may be submitted up to but no later than JANUARY 13, 2025@ 1:30 P.M. for consideration. Coverage shall be for at least THREE (3) YEARS beginning September 1, 2025 for INSURANCE AND BENEFITS ENROLLMENT PLATFORM, with option to renew a two year term or for two, individual one year terms. Multi-year policies will be given preference if rates are advantageous to the District. Any multi-year proposal submission must contain an annual renewal or usage clause.
