• August 12, 2024 - Registration for AP tests begins on the Total Registration website.  All registration for AP exams MUST be done through Total Registration, then through the College Board, in that order.

• November 1, 2024 - Registration for AP exams ENDS, all payments are due.  See the Advanced Academics Specialist on your campus for late registration procedures.

• Any late registrations after November 15, 2024 will result in additional $40 fee per exam. Refunds will not be given after November 14, 2024. Cancellation must be done through My AP AND Total Registration. 

• Visit Total Registration for the high school campus to register for AP Exams. See campus webpage for more information.

*All fees are imposed by the College Board.

• Students are responsible for paying $40.00 per AP exam.  Students who are eligible for the free/reduced lunch program will pay a discounted rate of $20.00 per exam.

• Parents/guardians/students make payments for AP exams through Total Registration using a credit or debit card. 

• Partial payments may be made. Minimum payment is $40 and will incur a $2.75 non-refundable processing fee for each partial payment.

• Payment by check or money order is not recommended, and Alvin ISD is not responsible for lost or late payments. 

• Check or money order payments are sent to Total Registration by the registrant, not by the campus, and must be received by November 14, 2024.

Please contact the Advanced Academics Specialist at your zoned campus for details concerning AP testing on or before November 1, 2024 to ensure AP exams are ordered. Please keep in mind that you will have to register for AP exams in Total Registration by November 1, 2024 and payment must be made through Total Registration by November 1, 2024.

• SAT Suite of Assessments PSAT 8/9 and PSAT/NMSQT scores are now available to view in Skyward Family Access. To access the scores, log into Family Access, click Online Forms on the left, select 24-25 PSAT Scores, and Fill Out Form.  Please use these scores to help guide your student's course selection for next school year. For more information regarding scores, including AP Potential,  please visit your student's College Board account.
