Alvin ISD provides a continuum of academic support services, including instructional accommodations and individual education plans, support within inclusive settings, and specialized educational programming, to address the needs of students identified as having disabilities that impact academic progress.  Determination of placement and needed services is based on the least restrictive environment appropriate to meet each individual student’s needs as determined by an ARD/IEP Committee.
